Dr. Aaron Cole is the Senior Pastor of Life Church and the Founder of Life Leadership College. Dr. Cole founded LLC back in 2012 with a vision to see students take their next step in the call of God on their lives.

Pastor Dustin Johnston has been on staff at Life Church for ten years. He played the role of Life Leadership College's Director from 2016-2022 but recently stepped into the role of Teaching Pastor at Life Church, as well as the Dean of Academics of Life Leadership College.

Pastors Carson and Bayli Pope are partners in leading others to discover and live out their God-given designs. They met while attending Evangel University, graduated, got married, and started working in college ministry. Two years later, Carson and Bayli moved to Wisconsin to lead Life Leadership College in 2022.

Pastor Carson directs LLC, has a degree in Business Management, enjoys sports and video games, and enjoys reading books. He is also currently working on his Master's in Divinity from Regent University.

Pastor Bayli oversees Missions at Life Church, she has a degree in Behavioral Health, enjoys painting and gardening, and is super competitive, especially in board games.
